I apply Reiki energy healing when channeling my multidimensional Energy Group (see my Safe Universe blog), and am developing new ways to apply it to my gong and sound playing.
Before the coronavirus lockdown, I was one of several Reiki practitioners doing attunments in a once a week "Gentle Yoga and Reiki" class at our favorite local yoga studio. I hope we can do that again at some point in the future. |
