Yoga in the Yard
is a free yoga class each Saturday, 10:30 to 11:30am MST, in Flagstaff, Arizona

Come practice community yoga with your neighbors right here in West Flagstaff! Let’s gather to engage with yoga, movement, healing and each other in a beautiful outdoor setting—the park! We create a space and time for anyone interested in practicing or teaching yoga to come together as a community!

​Cancellations will be posted by 9:30am on Saturday here​& sent to our email list
  • No experience necessary.
  • Bring your own yoga mat - optionally: a blanket to put under your mat and sunscreen if you want to be in the sun (tree shade is available)
  • Flagstaff visitors are welcome.
  • No registration or tickets required -- just show up with your mat!
  • Free. Donations accepted, but not required.
